Any authorized user submitting an instrument for registration electronically under subsection (4) of the Registration of Deeds Act is responsible for the accuracy of the instrument. That person is certifying that he or she has seen the original instrument, with the original signatures, and that the instrument being submitted is a true copy of the original instrument.

An instrument may be submitted electronically at any time and shall be reviewed for compliance, in a manner that may be prescribed, during the operating hours of the registry.
