There are a number of formatting standards that are being implemented in the
application that may mean the final version of the documents filed may look
slightly different that the text entered or copy and paste into the text areas
on the indicated pages:

Characters allowed to be entered in the text areas include all characters
located on a standard English keyboard except the greater than (>) and less
than (<) characters. These will not be allowed due to security issue. All
French characters will be allowed.

All Tabs in the document will be automatically converted to 5 spaces.

Special fonts will be changed to plain text when entered into the text areas.

All special formatting such as bold lettering, italics, underline, table
structures and highlighting will be removed from the text.

Special characters such as bullets, graphics/logos and horizontal lines should
be removed from your text before you try to paste it in. Otherwise, you could
get system messages regarding invalid characters.

Tables or columns may not line up in your intended column format.
Should you receive an illegal character error try to retype any special
characters in the text you copied/pasted. Alternatively, to ensure that the
text is in plain text format, the file should be opened and copied from
Notepad.
There will be a maximum number of characters allowed in each of the text areas
as indicated:
