Add Name Reservation Request (Fee $ Non-refundable)
A search of existing companies which includes other reserved names should be
completed prior to submitting a name reservation request. There is a name
reservation fee of $ required
for every name reserved. This fee is non-refundable even if your proposed
corporate name is rejected.
The requester information is required should the Registrar require further
information concerning the name reservation. If the requester represents a Law
Firm, the firm name must be chosen from the Law Firm drop down list. If the
requester represents a company or a Law Firm that does not appear in the
dropdown list, the company name must be entered in the Contact Business/Firm
field.

The name reserved must be in the exact format that will be used when
incorporating the company. Only one name may be reserved at a time, however if
a company has two language versions of the name, they can both be reserved at
the same time.
The corporate name requested must contain the following three
elements:
DISTINCTIVE + DESCRIPTIVE + LEGAL
To obtain important information on these elements and other requirements, you
need to review the Name Reservation
Guidelines. If your name does not include these elements, it will
probably be Rejected and your fee is Non-refundable.
